[Bf-committers] Libraries SVN is open!

Hi,

After some tweaks needed to be done to the servers we consider libraries
svn is open for commits!

Some notes:

- Libraries SVN can be browsed there:
http://developer.blender.org/diffusion/BL/
- We also added bf-trasnalations to phab, it can be browsed there:
http://developer.blender.org/diffusion/BTS/
- Apparently, i didn't get mail notification about my commit to SVN. Asked
Brecht to help with this.
- All the other svn repositories are available with RO access
- If someone have issues with accessing/committing stuff in SVN -- let us
know.
- Think this is it for now, happy blending!
