[Bf-committers] Windows: Switch to vc2012 status?

Hi,
afaik since VS 2012, OpenMP is also supported in the Express version. So there should be no problem.

We don’t have a real schedule for this yet, but I agree that 2.70 would be a good target.

P.S: Alex, I am pretty sure XP gets already destroyed, there are a lot of open holes. :D
