[Bf-committers] SCons build in exported source tree fails

Another idea is to:

- Remove this .git file
- Run git submodule update --init --recursive

And really not sure why it might be so. Here it works fine with git 1.7.10
and and 1.8.3, so doubt it's some git version issue..
