Hi,

I've separated and ported the autoseam tool to latest trunk, with a few
changes to make it compile. I've pushed the changes to

Looks like it works but could use some speed enhancement and of course
usability changes. I'll take a look at the code and the original paper to
see what ideas I come up with. It would be great if either Shuvro or Andrea
could help here.

There's a lot of external code in that branch. I think I remember there was
some discussion about using CARPACK due to its support for sparse matrices?
Maybe Eigen supports what we need now and we can skip that dependency?
