[Bf-committers] Feature Request: predefined rotation values in spin tool

This is a feature request of new buttons in spin tool, predefined rotation values of often used angles 45 90 180 360, and clockwise button to quick set direction of spining, without typing minus (-)
It was in 2.49 and later disappear.
