Hi Carsten, probably not.
There are cases where Fkey to fill in faces (closed edge loops), where
fill would find overlapping areas and create holes.

As an example - try:
- Add Suzzane
- Delete, Only Faces
- Select All
- Press F
... See how the faces are filled in.

Undo the fill and press Alt+F
... See how this different method gives very different results (not
very useful in this case).


Fkey functionality changed with BMesh merge and is quite overloaded
with various face creation functionality,
so its not out of the question that it could fill with holes, but I
think these 2 different methods conflict in a way that makes mixing
them in the same operator impractical.
