[Bf-committers] Stereoscopy Implementation Proposal

Hi there,

You can find here a proposal for built-in stereoscopy support in Blender

It touches various parts of Blender, so it would be nice if other devs
could take a look at it and share some thoughts. Once the design is
approved, everyone can join the effort as well.

Blender area maintainers: though I'm familiar with some of the parts this
proposal touches it, there are plenty of unknowns. Expected to be poked on
that regards, I hope you don't mind ;)
