[Bf-committers] A better way to display the Weight value in weight Paint mode ?

Hi;

I know this breaks every rule of the Blender user interface.
However please take a moment (or two) and think about
these 2 alternatives for showing the Weight paint value
in weight Paint mode:

On the left side: the bar changes its color from blue to red
depending on the weight value.

On the right side: the bar reveals a rainbow while the
weight value increases.

I think using color here is the most intuitive representation
that is possible when working with weight values.

And its practical usage ?
Well, when i use the weight value then i always think in colors
but i have to specify values between 0 and 1. For me this does
not match up nicely. The color bar does a better job here imho.

I have not made up my mind which of the alternatives works better.
Probably the left one, but i am really not sure.
