[Bf-committers] Patch to add "Show/hide 3D Cursor" functionality

	If I could hide the cursor, I would want it to be hidden, not fixed at origin. I often use the cursor in render only mode without any problems.
	Fixing the cursor at origin would be basically "Disable Cursor" option... I think expected behavior of "Hide Cursor" is to hide the cursor like in render only mode.
