i tried that solution and it didn't work, there is even an vcvarsx86_amd64.bat file which i think it is the one is needed, tried to rename to vcvarsx64.bat but the same.

i searched and didn't found any results on the matter!

the only setting in my config file is enabling the cuda binaries.
