[Bf-committers] Regarding the current usage of proportional edit

Thanks Sean, David, Campbell. Consider my suggestion void if pie menus are
effectively going to replace traditional context menus. However, let me add
that hitting one single key (o) for toggling proportional edit seems more
straightforward than bringing up a pie menu through the same hotkey and
travel to the desired slice before clicking it. If we're going to have a
four-slice pie for proportional edit, I suggest we keep a default hotkey to
just toggle it on and off.
