[Bf-committers] Minimal Blender specs - 5 year old

I fully agree on the issue. Blender is an animation software, that is fully
open source. They keyword is on the open source, not legacy. We need to
look into the future, not the past. Development must not be shackled by old
issues. 5 year is a good time frame. And yeah, please drop Windows XP.
