No the wording seems to fit...

"*Initial values*" are the values that users see when Blender first starts
and
that is under their control by changing their startup blend. Therefore they
can
have their camera set to an initial "*non-default*" focal length like 22.56

This patch allows them to easily restore the *default* focal length of 35
without having to delete their startup blend to see what it actually is.
