[Bf-committers] Blender Development fund update

Hi,

Thanks! I always wanted to give the top members (gold or better) a mention at the blender site. We should also make a Dev Fund badge people can put on the site.

Too bad it's (via PayPal) extremely complex to automate it... but a badge should be done... will poke some artists. :)
