[Bf-committers] Hold off icon updates

This week I'm planning to change how we store icons so every new icon
added/modified doesn't increase our repository size by ~800kb
(including everyones local checkouts)

Git will do binary diff's but with compressed PNG images isn't going to work.

Just mailing to request nobody updates the icons this week (we dont
update often anyway so unlikely its going to cause any annoyance).
