[Bf-committers] 3D cursor hiding in paint modes

The reason everyone is asking for "Show 3D Cursor" option is because it is really distracting.
It would be a great solution to add theme colors for Red&White circle around 3D Cursor, or get rid of this circle at all, simple black cross-hair like in walk mode is enough.
