[Bf-committers] GIT: Push access to translations

Hi,

You need to push to git at git.blender.org:blender-translations.git (not to
git://).

You can use: `git remote set-url origin
git at git.blender.org:blender-translations.git`
to avoid re-checkout of the repo.
