You might consider to discuss problems with Blender first in your own language. There's a great Japanese community here: http://blender.jp/

They can help you disecting the issues well, and hopefully there's someone there who can help submitting bug reports in our tracker as well. 

I can recommend any .jp speaker who's active here to join this blender.jp community too!
