Yes.

The standard brush should be fixed in current svn. However brushes such as
the clay strips brush behave weird due to the plane offset issue and the
fact that the "front faces only option is not always enabled". This last
part is left to the user but the first part should be fixed in the code.
The point of this question is to make sure there are no legitimate reasons
to take back facing vertices into account when calculating the sculpt plane.
