[Bf-committers] GSoC mentor signup

Hi all,

Everyone's who working on our code regularly, and won't submit for GSoC, should feel invited to signup as a mentor now.

This is not an obligation to also accept students. Only signed up mentors get access to the submissions to review and discuss that. Mentors also mark proposals with points, so it shows quickly what's really good. And last but not least - you can choose to mentor a student just because it's an awesome proposal to see realized!
