I just downloaded 2.64 RC2 and I have the same problem in Debian Testing 
with JPGs, but PNGs seem to work.
Why is that? It's because that build Blender is using pre-compiled 
libraries and should use Debian's?
Will I have the same problem when 2.64 final is released?
