[Bf-committers] Segmentation fault when doing a sequence render

Hi everyone,
When I open a image sequence in the VSE (to do a sequence render) and
hit F12 on the first frame, Blender will crash with a 'Segmentation
fault' error coming up in the terminal. This problem only occurs on
the first frame, all other frames work perfectly. The same problem
will happen if I set the timeline to begin at frame 2.

If I open the clip in the VSE, set the timeline, and try to render an
animation, Blender will still crash on the first frame with a
segmentation fault error. I'm using r50647.
Any ideas?
