[Bf-committers] cycle's kernels takes up to 2.5gb

Hi,
set: WITH_BF_CYCLES_CUDA_THREADED_COMPILE = False
This way Cycles builds only one CUDA kernel at a time, independent of 
the BF_NUMJOBS.
