[Bf-committers] Autokey and 3D viewport outline

Hi,

I'm very much for good comminicating consitent UIs. Drawing blinking lights or red or orange outlines in windows are not part of that... we can do much better. :)

No tool should take over drawing the windowmanager this way. Not as an option, not as userpref either.
