[Bf-committers] Autokey and 3D viewport outline

Hrmf, there was a bug in r51198, on my system that meant I didnt see
the text (it flashed on for a split second only), fixed r51202.


My preference is to keep the text&icon (removing the user preference),
but remove red viewport border,

If a red border on the viewport is useful still and some people really
want it, then have it off by default, but keep text in both cases.
