[Bf-committers] byte-compile error in addons/render_povray/render.py

Hi,

Since r3803, addons/render_povray/render.py has utf8 BOM and includes
non-utf8 characters in line 754, 793, 819, and 972, so byte-compiling
fails as follows:

Compiling './addons/render_povray/render.py'...
*** UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x93 in position 32779: invalid start byte
