This commit looks like its adding entire SDL source code into lib,
this shouldn't be needed - headers and libs should be enough.

Even though lib/ dir is heavy I rather not see source from other
projects dumped in there only to be removed after (svn server has to
be backed up etc - better not to be careless here with adding entire
source trees)
