[Bf-committers] Harmony Phase 2 Proposal

Greetings Blender Developers,

With phase 1 of the Harmony branch now in Trunk, it is time to start
looking to Harmony's future.

For phase 2 I would like to implement the features outlined in my GSoC
proposal, since it was not accepted as one of this year's projects.
