[Bf-committers] Patch for updating System Directory List

Hi all,

When Blender is already open, and you mount a new drive ( USB stick for
example ), you can't access to this new drive until you close, and open
again Blender.
I just submitting a patch [1] for updating system directory list, without
closing/opening Blender.

Any remarks or questions are welcome.
