[Bf-committers] Can't see any bugs if logged in

The problem appears with "all bugs" selected. Once selected you won't be 
able to see the list or your own currently submitted bug anymore. This 
then also applies to "Simple Filtering and Sorting", which is the 
default tab once used, hiding the "open bugs/all bugs/..." selection.
