[Bf-committers] Directory visibility on web and git access

Hi Jonathan,
Since we had this issue reported a few times, CMake now checks for
this and warns (but continues building).

CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:357 (message):
  Translation path '/dsk/data/src/blender/blender/release/datafiles/locale'
  is missing, This is an 'svn external', which are known not to work with
  bridges to other version control systems, disabling 'WITH_INTERNATIONAL'.
