[Bf-committers] Blender and SDL

hrmf, I must have been on SDL1.3, couldn't find how to get info from
hg as to the original source.
could only find reference to "default = http://hg.libsdl.org/SDL" in ".hg"

anyway, updated blender for SDL2, committed r44856.

Note that getting fullscreen in the player still needs work, since
SDL2 API expects a window to be created before fullscreen is called.
