[Bf-committers] 3D Cursor and Border Select

Hi Doug,

It's a matter of efficiency. There's a good reason to have multiple communication channels and try to be focused and on-topic too. 

The official description of this list is already for 9 years:

"The main list for developers working on Blender projects and releases"

We need a mailing list where active developers can discuss development plans and projects, and a place where we can welcome new developers, help them out to get into Blender or to get connected well. 

It's a list where we do this openly for everyone, there's 1000+ members here. Everyone is very welcome to join the list and give feedback or suggest improvements. But only to make sure we've got the options and opinions heard, so we can tackle it.
