[Bf-committers] remove face flip tool?

Edge flip now works on multiple edges at once,

details
- edge flipping tags faces so edgaces edges wont flip about the same
face multiple times.
- to have this work nicely on a region of faces together it would need
to sort edges in a way so better edge flips are done first (making
this tool similar to beauty fill).
