Again, you're using pre-compiled libraries which are using by release
environment.

As short term solution - you need to enable openjpeg in a way it was
described in my
previous mail.

As longer term solution you'd better switch to system's FFmpeg. If it's
fails that's what
should be fixed. But for this i would need to know exact version of FFmpeg.
