[Bf-committers] Crash when rendering with blender trunk MinGW/SCons/win32

Here I'd like to point out that when using ray optimization and Scons,
the SConscript file appends -msse3 to the flags in intern/cycles. I
thought this was agreed upon to stay on sse2?

Actually, on gcc I see that we use sse3 flags while on msvc we use
sse2(both scons and CMake). Is this a msvc limitation or forgetfulness
on our part?
