[Bf-committers] Patch: Border select tool for outliner

Hello,

I've posted a patch to enable the border select tool (box select) for the
outliner.

As a reminder, I am interested in hearing opinions about my drag and drop
parenting patch for the outliner. I am really looking for a "Yes, this is
something we'd like
to see in Blender" or a "No, this doesn't fit with Blender's style" from
maintainers before I continue working on it and adding some polish.
