Hi,
the Debian build daemon has detected a build failure on ia64 and
this could affect other platforms as well:
.../libmv/third_party/glog/src/signalhandler.cc: In function 'void*
google::{anonymous}::GetPC
(void*)': .../libmv/third_party/glog/src/signalhandler.cc:75:28: error:
'mcontext_t' has no member named
'gregs' .../libmv/third_party/glog/src/signalhandler.cc:75:28: error:
'REG_EIP' was not declared in this scope
here is the bug report:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=654428
I couldn't test the patch I proposed in message #17 on the page above.
Just curios, is glog essential for libmv?
Thanks,
Antonio

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posting_style
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
