[Bf-committers] 3D Cursor and Border Select

Tweak border select on lmb does work a treat, but is really annoying 
without "click on empty space" also being deselect.... it's a setup I 
used extensively when 2.5 first enabled keymaps....

Just saying because I'm totally +1 on not doing  piecemeal changes to 
keymaps....

there's also an irony that blender historically relied so much on key 
shortcuts for *any* speed of operation, but the real speed gains come 
from knowing *whatever* keys well....

a rationalisation of shortcuts can be good, but is almost always hated 
by anyone that uses the software all the time....
