[Bf-committers] Overlay for last poly selected

That'd be great, just note that the way the active face is drawn is a
bit inflexible/cumbersome to change in our code.

Its been suggested to draw different colors but this conflicts with
solid-mode material view where the material color would make it hard
to distinguish a face based on a color tint - this is why I used
stipple, I'm aware its a bit ugly.
