[Bf-committers] 2.62 release notes

Hi,

I've done some more changes to the release notes now, the network
render manual page is linked, and the boolean modifier now has its own
page.

Still missing:
* Addons page
* Game engine human readable notes
* Motion tracker human readable notes
* Pretty images for all pages (UI screenshots are a bit boring)

Again, anyone feel free the improve the text or add nice images or videos.
