[Bf-committers] Collada-patch for testing

Hi,

I put the export part of the
patch<http://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=30050&group_id=9&atid=127>I
made in the tracker, some small additions I think which weren't in the
previous version. This is in line with things I can mostly help with, I
added some remarks about what compatibility issues imo can be with
importing though of course these depend on the use case.
