[Bf-committers] Fully qualified names for channels in actions?

Yes there should be definitely the option to assign the same action to
multiple objects, but also the option to use one action to control
multiple objects at the same time. Something like a "relative" mode for
the first task and an "absolute" mode to address multiple objects
without being ambiguous.
