[Bf-committers] Asking reveiw for Sequencer Select by Type tool

Hi all,

Last winter, I wrote a small py addon allowing to (de)select VSE’s 
strips by their type. A few weeks ago, I rewrote it in C, so now I’d 
like it to be reviewed, before I commit it in trunk (if validated, of 
course).
