[Bf-committers] Problem with mp4 file in sequencer

Hi Ejner,

I can confirm this problem (with ffmpeg 0.8 in win32 and 64).
We had the same issue with other files, but they are now working well.

As with the other problems Blender 2.49 handles this well (*hackaround, add
to 2.49 and open the file in 2.5*).

My suggestion:
- add this entry to the tracker
- try the patch showed here:
http://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=25634&group_id=9&atid=498
- cross your fingers and hope ffmpeg devs fix that any soon (not sure how to
report bugs for them though).
