[Bf-committers] Renaming of Fluid compile option (scons)

Hi,
I made some changes to modifier compile (scons/cmake)
For the user-config.py users: BF_NO_ELBEEM won't work anymore, new one 
is WITH_BF_FLUID. It's inverted now.
