Hi,

Probably it wouldn't hurt somebody before 2.60 release, but in the 
future i want all developers be more accurate with used strings -- it's 
really easy to confuse translators who were ready to upload new 
translations.

So my proposal is: don't make "pedantic" changes to ui strings after 
bcon2. If it's just matter of point on the end of tooltip or "wrong" 
verb form used -- leave it's unchanged (they can be changed only if most 
of translation team is fine with it). And if changes happens -- made 
them more accumulated (commit changes for bunch of strings at once, do 
not split changes into several commits).

Of course, if meaning of string is totally wrong, it better be changed 
independently from bcon level :)
