[Bf-committers] Windows libraries svn becomes too big

They would stay in the normal svn for VS 2008.

Imho better add overhead for people using different things, rather than 
the main devs who (most of) use VS 2008.
I don't like to download hundreds of megabytes of libs I don't need.
