[Bf-committers] Test build coming

Hi,
I have some issues:
* My win32 build gives an error message on startup and does not run at 
all. It works when I build with OpenMP off.
I don't have the issues with win64, these build works fine with OpenMP 
built.

* As there is no way to build the CUDA libs with scons atm, I tried to 
manually build the .cubins with cmake and copy them into 
2.60/scripts/addons/cycles/lib, but I don't get the CUDA option in the 
UI. Anything else I have to do?

So, no OpenMP and no CUDA atm on windows, please advice..
