[Bf-committers] Minor UI inconsistency in Path Animation of curve properties

Hi,

In the Path Animation panel (ObData properties of curves objects), the 
Offset Children check box is still present, while the TimeOffs which it 
references has disappeared (from the Object properties, iirc). Unless 
I'm missing something, I think we could remove it (and also prob. from 
RNA as well...)?
